Meet Our Founder & CEO
Alecia Gulley
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Collins & Assoc LLC was founded by Alecia Gulley, formerly Alecia Collins-Andrews, an experienced consultant with 28 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, small businesses, and individuals.
Alecia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Florida State University (FSU).
Throughout her professional career, she has developed extensive experience in grant writing, fundraising, nonprofit development, business consulting, financial assistance programs, and community resource coordination.
Her passion for helping others overcome financial and organizational barriers inspired her to establish Collins & Assoc LLC in 2021.
Alecia believes that every individual, entrepreneur, and nonprofit organization deserves access to the knowledge, resources, and opportunities needed to succeed.
